# MrktBuddy Conversation Memory — What You Should Know *Last updated 23 September 2026* This page explains conversation memory in MrktBuddy. ## Who is responsible for this data Orbency Portal, registered in the United Arab Emirates, is the data controller responsible for your conversation data. **Contact:** admin@mrktbuddy.com ## Where your data is stored Your messages and MrktBuddy's replies are stored on a server located in Singapore. ## What is stored Only two things: the messages you send MrktBuddy, and the replies MrktBuddy sends back. Nothing else is added to this store. ## How long it is kept 30 days from when each message is stored. After 30 days it is deleted automatically — no action needed from you. ## Your rights - **See it** — ask MrktBuddy, or contact Orbency Portal using the address above. - **Correct it** — tell MrktBuddy, or contact Orbency Portal. - **Delete it, any time** — send `/remember off`. This deletes everything stored and turns memory off going forward. - **Complain** — if you believe your rights under Kenya's Data Protection Act have not been respected, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) at https://www.odpc.go.ke/file-a-complaint/ or by email to complaint@odpc.go.ke. ## How you agreed You agreed to this by ticking the box when you signed up.
